It’s hard not to live in the past, when the past still lives in you. 

A planet may seem self-sufficient, but it’s part of a larger system of stars and galaxies. Similarly, we’re part of the systems that produced us. We carry the past with us, including patterns and traumas inherited from our parents and grandparents.

Organisations are the same. Unresolved conflicts from firings or mergers; secret loyalties; old office politics—these are the hidden foundations of “the way we’ve always done things.”  

We’ll draw out these systemic patterns using an experiential method. Once you can see the roots of old issues, you’ll finally be able to take care of them.
